Carla White knows the feeling.

It can seem impossible attracting new clients to your business at times.

No matter what you try, whether it’s blogs, Facebook ads, or networking, your customer numbers are never where you want them to be.

It’s enough to make you want to throw your hand in the air in frustration.

But you can avoid this roadblock by creating an amazing value ladder for your prospects to climb.

And the best way to start that value ladder is with a mobile app.

Carla White explains all in this episode.

Transcribed highlights from the show

Dan: How do people find out about your app and when they enter your world what journey do you take them on?

Carla: I have different strategies I use to make sure the app is at the top of the charts. This was a really powerful tactic when the app store was designed differently. You usually just saw the top apps. Now they’ve redesigned it so there’s a few ways you can work on your ASO to get to the top of the app stores.

Mostly what I do is have a price on my app and then set it free for certain periods of time. That will boost your app up into the top of the charts and help it go viral again.

During those times when it’s free I maybe get 1000 emails a day.
