If I have a question is there someone I can talk to?
Yes! We have a first-class support team who are available to answer your questions. There are three channels you can reach them on:

Do I need a big social media following?
If you have a big social media following that will help but its not essential when making a successful app. We will provide you the ABS (App Breakthrough System) to build the right content and the TMS (Traffic Mastery System) to market your content successfully. We also provide ‘How to use Passion.io’ videos that you can watch when creating your app.
We always stress: getting the right followers is better than getting a lot of followers. Getting real subscribers equals real sales. If you focus on getting loads of social media followers who aren’t engaged with your product you’ll soon realize that your big following means very little.
Do I have to install anything?
We also deal with the Apple App Store and Google Play Store for you. You don’t need any technical knowledge, our development team has built a drag and drop app builder. That means you don’t need to worry about learning any code.
All you need to do is write, record and upload your course content to your app.
If I cancel my Passion.io account will I lose my data?
If you cancel your account you can request to retrieve your data. We’ll give you a 5-day window to export your data on to a CSV file. After that, your account will be deactivated and your data inaccessible. We do keep backups of all our files. So if you return to us we can reactivate your data.
Do I own my own data / content / subscribers?
Yes, you do. Your content is yours and so is your database. We own the platform, and the app needs to be compliant with the app stores or it can be taken down.
