Is Passion.io a dating site?
Our passion isn’t that kind of passion.
We’re not a dating site. The only matchmaking we do is with you and your future success. A match made in heaven, indeed.
If I have a question, is there someone I can talk to?
Yes! We have a top-notch support team available to answer your questions. There are 3 channels you can reach them on:
- Use our customer service chat box in the lower right corner of the app. If no one is available to talk, we’ll open a ticket and get back to you within 24 hours.

Do I need a big social media following to be successful with my own app?
A big social media following will help, but it's 100% not necessary when making a successful app.
We’ll provide you with the ABS (App Breakthrough System) to build the right content and the TMS (Traffic Mastery System) to market your content successfully.
We also provide ‘How to use Passion.io’ videos that you can watch when creating your app.
We always stress: getting the right followers is better than getting a lot of followers. Getting real subscribers equals real sales. If you focus on getting loads of social media followers who aren’t engaged with your product, you’ll soon realize that your big following means very little.
Do I have to install anything?
No, nothing at all. You just need a computer with an internet browser. We created Passion.io so you wouldn't need a whole IT department to run your website!
We also deal with the Apple App Store and Google Play Store for you. You don’t need any technical knowledge. Our development team has built a drag-and-drop app builder. That means you don’t need to worry about learning any code, either.
All you need to do is write, record and upload your course content to your app.
If I cancel my Passion.io account will I lose my data?
If you cancel your account you can request to retrieve your data.
We’ll give you a 5-day window to export your data to a CSV file. After that, your account will be deactivated and your data inaccessible. We do keep backups of all our files. So if you return, we can reactivate your data.
Do I own my data/content/subscribers?
Yes, you will always own your data, content, and client list. Your content is yours and so is your database of subscribers and clients.
We own the platform, and the app needs to be compliant with the app stores or it can be taken down.
