How do Passion.io payments work?

Show me the money! Making our payment system as seamless and easy as possible is one of our key goals. Everyone using our service is monetizing their knowledge and we all want to be paid. Below is a list of money-related FAQs our customer success team gets asked.
How do I get paid?
If you’ve made sales through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store they will be paid to you at the end of the month. You will need to provide us with your bank details when your app is live so we can send you your payments. You can do this by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can also set up third-party web store integrations and manage your payments through a chosen shopping cart provider. You can read more about this in our technical FAQs section.
How long are your contracts?
This one’s easy. There are no long term contracts or commitments. You can use Passion apps on a monthly basis and cancel anytime you like.
What is Passion.io refund policy?
You can cancel your membership to Passion.io at any time. We don’t lock you into any long term contracts or commitments. If you’ve purchased a product that has a one-time fee (not a subscription) you’re entitled to a full refund up to 30 days after you’ve purchased the product.
If you’d like a refund you need to message us at email@example.com and we’ll do the rest.
If you want to cancel your subscription you simply have to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take care of it for you. We don’t like to see people go, but if you feel it necessary we’re always appreciative of feedback.
